joints in my mental focus is most effective? Positive habits
We all know that we should keep our thoughts focused only on the Positive and on what we want and yet we always get us back again not to do it just! How to do it because easiest ?
Our thinking is permanet in action and on leichtetsten we direct our Focus, by asking good questions because our brain loves work and then busy making is to find great answers.
Well, suppose I want to find a new house and move. Of course, in addition to a vivid visualization , and I imagine it just supposed to look like the house, as I feel it, what are there to etc I can ask the following questions:
* What can I do today to make this wonderful house to find? * What would
I have everything in it in my new house?
* Who can help me with my new house?
* What I am looking forward to my new house?
* What I am grateful that As for my current house?
* Where I'm going to buy the new furniture / utensils for my new house?
Or if I want a new job that made me more fulfilled:
* What can I do today to find a fulfilling job?
* How can I continue my work to fulfill to be found?
* What I like particularly well to present my work?
* What can I improve on me?
Or if I have a confrontation with another person had me go and not the words and feelings out of mind. Instead of asking for ever, why and how the other person has done that we should prefer ask
* What is positive in this dispute?
* What I learn from it now?
* What is likeable about this person?
* What can I do better in the future?
* How can I find reconciliation?
* How can I improve my communication skills?
The great thing is that we must not at once get answers, but our brain "in the background" as we continue to live normally, answers to our questions and seeks thus directs our focus!
Think about a good question you waking up the first set want and the direction for your day pretending! For example:
* What can I do today, good?
* What am I grateful?
* What am I today?
* What can I do today to make this the best day of my life?
* ................................................
What great morning question are you thinking? What you want to align your day?
